But this story did not go away. Not for me. Because Jacqueline Dwyer was the woman I was going to marry.

Just a preface to Bonnie's well-polished review below: As a guy, romance novels seem, generally, quite pointless. Surrender Bay, however is not a romance novel. It is a love story, as the cover states. While it does have some of the convoluted twists one might expect from a romance, its quality is far superior to a plain romance. Matt Bronleewe is a recognized producer, songwriter and author.
